Mulamwah claps back at trolls, says he’s a catch after viral photo with Curvy lady
Just weeks after his highly publicised breakup with fiancée Ruth K, controversial comedian Mulamwah has stirred social media into a frenzy after posting a suggestive photo alongside a voluptuous mystery woman.
The image has fueled speculation that the comedian has already found a new flame too fast for the online community’s liking.
Speaking in an interview with YouTuber Trudy Kitui on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, Mulamwah hit back at critics, insisting that he is a man in high demand. He told off those who questioned the speed of his rebound, confidently declaring that he is simply not the type to gather dust on the shelf.
“Just one hour, mi ni hot cake, siwezi kaa kwa shelf more than one hour. Ukiniacha ivi, shida yako,” Mulamwah said, making it clear that finding love is not a challenge for him.
Polygamy
Mulamwah also addressed ongoing speculation about whether he dates multiple women and keeps backups for when his public relationships turn sour, denying any claims of polygamy.
“I’ve never been polygamous myself, ni kitu wazee wa kitambo walikuwa wanafanya, for their reasons. Anyway, if one decides, it’s their choice, but mimi sitaweza,” he explained.
He went on to reveal that most of his romantic relationships begin with women making the first move.
“Mimi hao madem ndo huniapproach, mimi mtu akinitext ni ivo. Plus, an artist should have at least one person to keep him grounded, so ni vizuri kuwa na mtu,” he added.
Mulamwah confirmed that he is currently in a relationship with a Ugandan woman named Debby, but was quick to state that fans should expect to see her on his social media platforms.
“Siku hizi mambo yako haiko kwa mtandao sana, mimi sjapost. Niko na management ambao wanafanya iyo kazi. I think the least you know, the better,” he said.
Mulamwah described his current life as a bit messy and full of challenges. He joked that anyone trying to understand what he is doing should wear boots because it is like walking through mud.
He also mentioned that he has a young wife and should not be staying out late, as he has responsibilities at home.
“Maisha yangu penye imefika, ni matope, vaeni gamboots,” he said. “But what you should know is that I have a young wife and I should not be out this late. I have some duties I need to attend to.“
This comes just two months after he confirmed parting ways with Ruth K, the mother of his son. The couple had just gotten engaged in February, but their romance came to an abrupt end, surprising fans who had followed their journey since their days as ‘best friends’ in Kitale.
They got engaged on February 17, 2025, with Ruth sharing a video of her ring and Mulamwah responding with praise for her “cute fingers.”
Before Ruth, Mulamwah was in a high-profile relationship with fellow content creator Carol Sonnie. The two welcomed their daughter, Keilah Oyando, before splitting in 2021 in a dramatic and public breakup filled with online accusations and child support disputes.
