Rapudo denies assaulting his fiancée Amber Ray

Businessman Kennedy Rapudo has addressed allegations of assault made by his ex-fiancée, Amber Ray.

In a recent interview, Rapudo denied getting violent with the mother of his child noting that he admitted an incident went down when they were both drunk but he did not assault her.

“This is a family matter, I do not want my family issues in public. I did not admit to assaulting her and I did not assault her. I said there was an incident that went down, I didn’t mean I didn’t mean I assaulted her, we are sorting this out as a family,” he said.

Rapudo confirms split

A few days following their breakup and Amber Ray’s social media posts, Rapudo chose to publicly address the incident, expressing remorse for how their relationship unfolded.

“There has been a flurry of public speculation surrounding my marriage in recent days. Like any other marriage, we’ve had our fair share of ups and downs, and ours isn’t without imperfections. A lot has been said, but I’ve lacked the strength to confront it.

“Yes, we’ve parted ways due to an unfortunate incident that occurred while we were both under the influence on the night of the 13th of this month. It’s an occurrence that should never have transpired, and I deeply regret that it primarily affected the person I vowed to cherish and protect with all my heart,” he conveyed.

Rapudo, however, expressed reservations about the way Amber Ray disclosed their separation to the public. He also dismissed allegations of being a violent individual, emphasizing that the recent incident was an isolated occurrence.

Additionally, the businessman extended his apologies to his former fiancée and conveyed profound remorse for causing her pain.

He also assured his supporters that he would continue to safeguard his family’s privacy, working diligently to raise his children in the best possible manner.

“I’m willing to acknowledge my mistakes when I’m in the wrong, and in this particular incident, I was indeed in the wrong. However, it doesn’t alter my true character. I will continue to nurture my children to the best of my ability and shield my family from public scrutiny. To the mother of my beautiful daughter, I am genuinely sorry and deeply regret my actions in that moment of weakness,” he added.

Amber Ray accuses Rapudo of assault

Amber Ray had posted a cryptic message on her Instagram account two weeks ago, indicating that their relationship had come to an end.

Through a series of posts that raised concerns among her fans, she revealed that her home was no longer safe as her partner had exhibited violence.

“The foundation of love and unity upon which a marriage should stand has become blurred, leaving me emotionally drained. I’ve endured this environment for a while now, and for the sake of my own well-being and safety, I had to make the difficult choice to prioritize myself. The wounds and scars extend beyond the physical, and for my own sake, I have to put myself first,” she expressed.

“I understand that the upcoming days and weeks will be challenging for me, but I’d rather find inner peace than maintain a false façade. I’d rather speak my truth than let gossip tarnish the life my family and I have built so far. Things at home haven’t been ideal, but they will improve. My family will be okay, and eventually, so will I,” she added.
